The lodge was manufactured in 2010 and has been cared for by one owner since 2012, when it was first sold. The lodge has been well maintained and benefits from increased insulation partnered with an efficient central heating system powered by a replacement combination boiler fitted in November 2020. All the windows and external doors are double glazed and constructed in easily maintained PVCu.

This Willerby Boston 40x20, 2 bedroom lodge has a pitch agreement until 31st March 2042 and the season, commencing on 1 March and concluding on 15 January, offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy what Cumbria can offer.
